Waverley Hoppa Community Transport
How we help:
Operate pre-booked dial-a-ride or demand responsive door-to-door transport services across Waverley Borough. Offer fixed subsidised low fares and for some services accept older persons travel passes.
Run services Monday to Friday year round, except for Bank Holidays.
Provide regular bus services linking rural villages with the towns of Godalming, Cranleigh, Farnham and Haslemere. This is a pre-booked door-to-door service.
Aim to cater for those who are over 60, have a disability or mobility difficulties, cannot access public transport or rurally isolated. Vehicles are wheelchair accessible and have on-board trained staff to assist with boarding and alighting.
Help people to access hospitals, GP and Dental surgeries, chemists, Church Halls and Day Centres, supermarkets and village centres, libraries and garden centres, appointments with support groups and advice organisations.
All passengers need to complete a simple registration form to become a member (for free) and access the services (other than for scheduled routes). Registration can be done online or by phoning and asking for a form to be sent by post.
Where your circumstances are complex and you need help from various organisations, we can help you by making contact with several organisations within the Waverley network on your behalf, without you having to explain your circumstances to them over again.
